At Sweet Life Cake Supply, we want to ensure your baking projects are a success. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return unused and unopened items within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Check Eligibility

  Ensure items are in their original, unopened packaging and were purchased within the last 30 days; please note that food-grade items and custom cake toppers are final sale.

  Contact Support

  Email our team at [email protected] with your order number and photos of the items to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

• 3.
  Pack Your Items

  Securely pack the items in their original shipping box, clearly marking the RMA number on the outside to prevent processing delays.

• 4.
  Ship and Refund

  Send the package back to our warehouse using your preferred carrier; once inspected, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
