The Story

Almond Flavor Super Strength
A little goes a long way!
LorAnn's super strength flavors (also known
as candy oils or flavoring oils) are three to four times the strength of water
or alcohol-based flavorings or,extracts.

One of our most popular flavors!

Our extra-strong almond flavoring is a favorite of bakers and candy makers. Almond flavor has a sweet, distinctively rich taste that is delightful on its own, yet blends beautifully with fruit flavors like peach, apricot, and raspberry. We especially love it as a flavor in chocolate and baked goods. Use super strength almond flavor in place of almond extract; just use less. For a change of pace, try adding a touch of almond flavoring to your favorite sugar cookie batter.

1 dram = about 1 teaspoon

This flavor is oil-soluble and suitable for flavoring fine chocolates and confectionary coatings. This flavor is also appropriate for use in chocolate mixtures such as ganache, fudges, fondants, and icings (typical use is ΒΌ - Β½ teaspoon per pound of chocolate or coating).

Use Almond Flavor Candy Oil In: Hard candy, general candy
making, cakes, cookies, frosting, ice cream and a wide variety of other baking
and confectionery applications.
