The Story

Blueberry Flavor Dram
A little goes a long way!
LorAnn's super strength flavors (also known
as candy oils or flavoring oils) are three to four times the strength of water
or alcohol-based flavorings or extracts.

This flavor is perfect for those who love the delightful and sweet scent of blueberries.  Think of family picnics with homemade blueberry pies or breakfasts with blueberry pancakes or muffins.

LorAnn Oils’ blueberry natural flavor offers the vibrant, juicy essence of freshly picked blueberries.  Add our blueberry, natural flavor to other family favorites such as crispy cereal treats or salt water taffy.  The possibilities are endless.

1 dram = about 1 teaspoon

This flavor is water-soluble and is not recommended for use in flavoring chocolate or chocolate coatings.  This flavor is appropriate for use in chocolate mixtures such as ganache, fudges, fondants, and icings.

Note: When substituting these
flavors for extracts, use 1/4 to 1/2 teaspoon for 1 teaspoon of extract.
