Directions: Apply a thin, even coat using a pastry brush onto baking pans, allowing baked goods to release easily from pans, minimizing breakage and sticking.

A starch-based greasing product for perfect release of all confectionery goods.

Custom formulated Cake Pan Grease for release of layer, pound and cupcakes. Do not use for Angel Food Cakes.

Application / Method Economy: Puralix is an excellent replacement for butter or margarine without affecting the taste of the baked goods. A very light coating suffices.Easy to use: no need to flour the tins.

Efficiency: baked goods are extremely easy to turn out. Particularly recommended for products made with rich dough.

Usage rate / Recipe: Apply with brush, rag r spray-gun. Brush Pan Grease can be used at minimum levels for best results. Shake the product before use.
